Educational Qualification

For achieving the above-mentioned deliverables, the applicant is expected to possess the following qualifications & experience –

Essential Qualification:

1. Possess at least two years of full-time Post graduate degree from a reputed institute:

 Master in Hospital Administration
 Master’s in Public Health
 Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management

2. 1-year’ post-qualification experience as of 20th July 2022.

3. At least one year experience of in supporting the implementation of National Quality Assurance
Standards (NQAS)

Roles & Responsibilities:

The expected roles of the incumbent are summarised below

a) Review the contemporary literature and programme guidelines, and examine the existing measurement system (ME & checkpoints) under the NQAS, LaQshya, MusQan, and Kayakalp
b) Support QPS division in strengthening IT initiative for Quality Certification.
c) Support the division in the drafting of other initiatives
d) Support the States with the Implementation of NQAS and Kayakalp
e) Development of Resource Material
f) Conduct training
g) Any other task, as per need of the QPS Division
