Selection Process
a) The eligible and shortlisted candidates will be issued a call letter through the mail for an interview intimating the date/time and venue. Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to the respective trade, performance in the Personal Interview, and successful verification of their documents.
(b) The weightage to Educational Qualification, Technical Qualification, and Personal Interview shall be 20%,40%, and 40% respectively for final selection.
(c) The selected candidates are required to submit a Medical Fitness Certificate issued by District Civil Surgeon or equivalent authority before engagement as Apprentice Trainee, as per the Apprentice Act, 1961.
(d) No TA/DA shall be paid for Personal Interview/verification of documents.
