A

1. A Master’s degree with a 55% mark
2. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR (or)

B

The Ph.D. degree has been obtained from a foreign University/Institution with a ranking among top 500 in the world University ranking (at any time) by any one of the following: (i) Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) (ii) The Times Higher Education (THE) or (iii) The Academic Ranking Of World Universities (ARWU) of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Shanghai).

For the discipline of Management Studies

1. First Class Master’s Degree in Business Management/ Administration or first class in two year full time PGDM (or)
2. First Class graduate and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant/ Cost and Works
   Accountant/ Company Secretary of the concerned statutory bodies
3. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR (or)
4. Eligibility (A or B)

A

2. been ‘A’ grade artist of AIR/Doordarshan;
3. the ability to explain, with logical reasoning the subject concerned; and
4. adequate knowledge to teach theory with illustrations in the discipline concerned

For the discipline of Education

1. Master’s degree in Sciences / Humanities / Arts/ Commerce with 55% marks and M.Ed. with at least 55% marks
2. Perspectives in Education or Foundation courses
   • For B.Ed. – Master’s degree in Social Sciences with 55% marks and M.Ed. (or) Post-graduate in Education with minimum 55% marks and B.Ed./B.El.Ed.each with 55%
     marks.
   • For B.El.Ed. – Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Sciences/ Mathematics/ Languages with 55% marks and M.Ed. with 55% marks
3. For Curriculum and Pedagogic Courses.
   • For B.Ed. – Master’s degree in Science/ Mathematics/ Social Science/ Languages with minimum 55% marks; and M.Ed. degree with minimum 55% marks.
   • For B.El.Ed – Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Sciences/ Mathematics/ Languages with 55% marks and M.Ed. with 55% marks
4. For Specialized Course Physical Education for B.Ed./ B.P.Ed./ B.El.Ed.
   • Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) with minimum 55% marks.
