Educational Qualification

Project Officer

• Post Graduate degree in Psychology and Experience for a period of not less than five years in the field of Education or Training or Vocational Rehabilitation of the mentally retarded.

Psychologist

• Master’s degree in Psychology: Provided that other things being equal, preference shall be given to candidates who have undergone training or who possess experience for a period of not less than one year in testing or clinical work in the field of Psychology.

Age Limit

(i) For the post of Project Officer

Application Fee

a)	Registration Fee:   For One Time Registration (Revised with effect from 01.03.2017 vide G.O.(Ms).No.32, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (M) Department, dated 01.03.2017). Note: Applicants who have already registered in One Time Registration system within the validity period of 5 years are exempted.	Rs.150/-
b)	Examination Fee   Note The Examination fee should be paid at the time of submitting the online application for this recruitment if they are not eligible for the concession noted below.	Rs.200/-
Note:   (i) Applicants who have registered under one – time registration system must pay the prescribed examination fee for this recruitment. (One – time registration is only to avail exemption from payment of registration fee for a period of five years from the date of registration and it will not be considered as prescribed examination fee for this recruitment) (ii)Applicants who had already registered under one time registration system by paying Rs.50/- before 01.03.2017 and having validity are exempted from paying the registration fee for this recruitment.

Salary Details

Pay scale – Rs.56100 – 177500 (Level 22) as per Tamil Nadu Revised Pay Rules 2017
